Our organization was initially founded at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government by a team of development professionals and leaders from business and government. We are headquartered in Washington, DC and have offices in Barcelona, Manila, and Tokyo (with some staff in other parts of the world).  Our diverse team is united in a singular mission: to bring greater efficiency to international development projects by assisting those dedicated professionals who implement them.
